The Senior Specialist - Lidl UP (Store Remodel Team) executes merchandising and store layout changes. You will guide external merchandisers and fixture installers to execute the newest layout design in Lidl stores. The Senior Specialist collaborates with other Lidl departments to ensure feasible solutions are provided for issues identified. The role researches and analyzes the market, looks for optimal solutions with different suppliers and makes sure the negotiated terms and conditions are available for others to utilize.

This position commutes between stores, regional offices and/or distribution centers more than 75% of the time
This position requires overnight domestic travel more than 75% of the time
Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
What You'll Do
Execute store planograms, store layout changes and store product placement and moves
Guide external fixture installers and store layout measurements
Guide external merchandisers to follow planograms and zogs
Train Lidl store team members on store remodel expectations
Support Store team with stock depletion plan and execution
Order new or repurpose existing equipment and fixtures for the remodel
Update Store fixture and equipment asset management
Update project management program during project stages (pre, during, post)
Conduct store measurements and verify measurements according to plan
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Project Management, Business Administration or related field
2 - 4 years related experience in retail, merchandising, planogram execution, store layout remodels
In lieu of degree, a total number of 4 years' experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
Experience in store remodels, planogram and zog execution
Experience in merchandising
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
Stellar verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
Valid US Driver's license required
