New opportunity has arisen to join our Operational Administration team to ensure all settlement requests are actioned within a timely and accurate manner and to ensure any orders or reports channeled through this team are actioned correctly. Responsible for ensuring that all customer service settlements are processed Take incoming calls from customers both internal and external and assist with their queries Work methodically and organize all correspondences in a systematical way and respond to emails Gain full understanding of leases both service and rentals and how they work and look for process efficiencies To be trained and work as part of the settlements team with confidence and enthusiasm delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers You will ideally have...
