Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (Primary) Location: High Wycombe Salary Scale: £75- £80 Start Date: September 2022 GSL Education Watford is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for one of our client schools. The school requires an experienced professional who has the love for working with children having special needs. The selection of applicants will be based on a trial and interview with the school. As a SEN Teaching Assistant (Primary), you will possess the following: Level 2/3 SEN Qualification At least one year of experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a school setting Energetic and patient with strong classroom management skills and the understanding of inclusion, making all learners feel acceptable and promote the idea of inclusive learning Capable to understand and implement the school s behaviour policy, the SEN Policy and the code of conduct including the issuing of rewards and sanctions within the academy s policies and procedures.
