Part Time/Term Time 35 hours per week, 38 weeks per annum Ugborough Primary School is set in a beautiful rural location, nestled between the moor and the sea. This delightful village school is situated at the heart of the community. Ugborough Primary School is looking to appoint an efficient, well organised, customer-focused and experienced administrator to join our dedicated, professional and hard-working team as soon as possible. Good administration and communication skills are essential to ensure all visitors to the school are welcomed in a professional, polite and friendly manner. Experience of working in a busy office environment is essential, as you will be the only Administrator in school every day and will need to hit the ground running to ensure all services continue as smoothly as possible. Previous school experience would be ideal, but is not essential as training will be given. This is a pivotal role within the school and you will be an integral part of the school staffing team. You will work closely with the Senior Administrator to ensure that all aspects of school administration are carried out to a high standard following embedded practices and procedures. You will also assist the Headteacher and staff in the day to day running of the school and be the first point of contact for visitors and telephone calls. In addition, your role with support both the SENCO and the DSL in the administration of their functions of which training will be given.
