The Role SwiftSwitch are pleased to offer sale trainer position. Are you a driven individual who has the ability to train, develop and give ongoing support to new and experienced sales staff? SwiftSwitch are opening a satellite office in the heart of East Croydon, and are looking for an office manager / sales trainer to play a pivotal role in the development of the office and well as new/inexperienced sales agents. What s on offer? A great opportunity to develop a unique offering within the SwiftSwitch brand Duties: Report back to the Directors at London HQ. Work in conjunction with our London HQ and Leeds satellite offices. Deliver sales induction programmes for sales teams supporting the early development of their career. Acquire and maintain outstanding levels of product knowledge and industry awareness. Energise the sales teams to increase their knowledge, confidence, engagement and ultimately their performance. Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available. Conducting skills gap analysis, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session. Working closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity, by means of ongoing coaching and mentoring. Responsibility of the full training cycle from needs analysis through to training evaluation. Training needs analysis across the sales teams ensuring learning and development is directly aligned to strategic goals. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous self-improvement, through means of industry awareness. Requirements: Confident with public speaking and in situations where you're delivering new ideas Proven experience as a Sales Trainer at all levels An innovative approach and the desire to continuously improve Previous experience of working in a contact centre or sales based environment If this sounds like the challenge you ve been looking for, get in touch we d love to speak
