Sales & Reservations Manager required. Our client is a leading passenger transport operator providing services to the educational, corporate, and public sectors in the UK and Europe and operating a Kent to London scheduled commuter service. This position will suit a motivated and ambitious individual who wants to hold a critical role in a fast-growing driven family company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day sales enquiries and requests from new prospects and potential customers to long standing repeat customers. Along with managing key contracts with values ranging up to £2m. You will form long-term solid relationships with a large section of our client base, meeting and exceeding their needs. You will embody the company's vision and values and use these to maximise the potential of all clients across multiple channels, including telephone, email, and face to face. Sales & Reservations Manager - Position Responsibilities Establish excellent working relationships with the company s key account clients. Monitor client interactions and service delivery to ensure they are satisfied with the company s services Develop and enhance service delivery to key account clients by implementing client and company objectives. Raise client s business concerns with the company s management. Address and resolve client concerns. Motivate and manage the sales team. Prepare and present performance reports to clients and the company s management. Establish customer's travel needs to provide suitable solutions that meet their requirements. Promote and upsell high-tier and ancillary services. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products. Comprehensively process quotations, bookings, ticket sales and accompanying requirements, supporting flawless service delivery. Support front-line colleagues in adherence with company and client needs and policy. Manage client feedback and work with colleagues to drive continual improvement. Form strong working relationships with third-party operators. Other administrative and customer-related tasks. Sales & Reservations Manager Position Requirements Ability to form mutually beneficial relationships with customers and colleagues that increase sales and service delivery performance. Motivated with a positive outlook helping to drive continual improvement within the business. Meticulously organised and a strong problem solver capable of working under pressure and in line with critical protocols and deadlines. Work well as an individual and as part of a diverse team to meet and exceed targets. At least 2 years of experience within the service industry at accounts or contract management. Candidates with experience in the transport sector are of particular interest Provide guidance and mentoring to staff through excellent communication and supervision Adept at building long term client relationships Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills; ensuring credibility and effective working relationships Knowledge and expertise in the successful review, negotiation, and management of contracts Sales & Reservations Manager Position Remuneration £28,000 - £33,000 +OTE salary depending on experience and ability. 08:30-5:30pm, Monday Friday Performance bonuses 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays). Company pension. Free commuter coach travel on company routes for you and your partner
