With our client in Rochdale we are looking to appoint a Sales Executive to work in their Internal Sales Department. With this role you would be working across your own ledger of accounts and looking to answer sales queries and upsell services to existing customers and clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Targeted outbound telesales activity to develop opportunities
- Generating new account opportunities of which includes customer data information
- Gain customer feedback with a view to improving service and maintaining good working
- Promoting and upselling the full range of services to the customer
- Co-ordinating effective sales campaigns and support the activities specified in the sales plan
- Developing a customer database and maintaining up to date records on the in house system
- Ensuring new customer account forms and relevant internal documentation are complete and accurate.
- Dealing with all sales queries
- Raising quotations and tariff recommendations
- Following up and negotiating sales quotations
- Focus to achieve set quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs
- Accurately record results from activities
- Produce monthly sales reports
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Attend client visits and promotional events
- Liaise and network with customers, suppliers, colleagues and partner organisations
