Juice are working with a well-established financial company based in Selby who are keen to speak to sales/marketing specialists to help them when it comes to working with franchises interested in what they company has to offer. Working under the Managing Director, you do not need to come from a financial background or even have a marketing degree, this role is to suit a candidate who would be a great team fit for the company and can act professional on B2B calls with potential clients, there is also no cold calling included as the leads are warm. Will need to be able to manage a team of 2 other Business Development Managers within the team. The Pay -£30k with OTE £40k Hours- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Can also work hybrid from home 1 day a week About the role The role is to build sales by designing, implementing and executing targeted marketing strategies to generate an increase in revenue. The primary focus would be to expand the existing recruitment sales pipeline by taking full advantage of existing channels while identifying any currently underused digital opportunities and/or new routes to market. In addition, the role would include managing the pipeline via 1 or 2 biz dev reports, utilising existing CRM, as well as tracking sales data, and performance reporting. Secondary to recruitment, but with enormous potential is to generate direct commercial finance leads for the brokerage. This would be a more hands-off lead generation role where enquiries would be picked up and dealt with by the current team. Neither proposition is new and both are well developed but would benefit from a fresh approach to reach new and wider audiences. The role will suit an ambitious and hungry sales and marketing professional with the experience and skills to identify opportunities to develop existing products and services and communicate them to potential clients. About you Ideal professional experience/qualities to include; Contributing to the development of marketing strategies Product Development Researching rival products Designing and implementing marketing plans Coordinating with suppliers (advertising platforms and social media providers) Working with the team to develop targeted sales strategies. Selling to and maintaining client relations. Tracking and reporting against sales targets Qualification in marketing, business, or related field. Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive. Knowledge of modern marketing techniques. High-level communication and networking skills. A passion for sales. Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies. Good project management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure.
