- Customer account management
- Sourcing parts
- Liaising with supply chain to obtain quotations
- Building/maintaining relationships with our supply chain
- Raising quotations to our customer base
- Data entry - updating price/delivery info
- Assisting sales team with customer/supplier queries
- Good administration abilities, planning and numeracy skills
- Confident using the telephone
- Be computer literate with attention to detail
- Team player able to work independently to achieve key deadlines
- Proactive approach, therefore, enthusiastic with high attention to detail
- Experience in similar role within aerospace/procurement would be an advantage
