We are proud to be recruiting for a fantastic client on the outskirts of Bournemouth who are seeking a Sales Administrator/Buyer with an exceptional keen eye for detail, to join their friendly and welcoming team!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company offering training and ongoing support. The role would suit someone with great administration skills and a confident approach in dealing with customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer account management
  • Sourcing parts
  • Liaising with supply chain to obtain quotations
  • Building/maintaining relationships with our supply chain
  • Raising quotations to our customer base
  • Data entry - updating price/delivery info
  • Assisting sales team with customer/supplier queries

Required Skills:

  • Good administration abilities, planning and numeracy skills
  • Confident using the telephone
  • Be computer literate with attention to detail
  • Team player able to work independently to achieve key deadlines
  • Proactive approach, therefore, enthusiastic with high attention to detail
  • Experience in similar role within aerospace/procurement would be an advantage
