Rotheram Carrington Recruitment Group are pleased to be recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a well established manufacturing business based in Birkenhead. They are looking for an individual who can come in and hit the ground running and provide solid customer service support. You will be responsible for the following duties: Responsibilities: Attention to detail, ensuring high throughput and meeting quality targets. Generating quotations and associated paperwork Processing Purchase Orders on to a custom database, creating Sales Orders Allocating material to the job and purchasing any additional material Tying up delivery notes to the Purchase orders and checking/authorising invoices Producing proforma invoices on Sage 50 Updating stock on the database and the card system Processing credit card payments Petty cash Experience/Skills: Experience in Customer Service environment Experience with Sage Line 50 is essential Attention to detail, ensuring high throughput and meeting quality targets.
