Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their fast growing team. Our client create has a strong team ethic, where all staff believe in the company core value. They always support their staff, mentor and teach to make sure everyone achieve their goals. As an administrator you will be required to carry out admin duties on daily basis to build good customer rapport with clients. You will have be responsible of providing good customer service whilst giving quotes, dealing with queries and updating clients. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday Salary: £23.000 P/A Duties: Liaising with the Projects and Operations Manager Maintain project orders and price files Working on CRM system Inbound and outbound calls to clients and customers Generate orders Make sure all quotes all up to date, follow up when required Handle with customer complaints Organize and prioritize your own workload General administrator Requirements: Sales Administration experience is essential Advanced knowledge in Microsoft packages, especially Excel For more information ,please call : (phone number removed)
