As an experienced Project Architect, you will play a key role within the Developments Team. You will assist the Principal Associate Architect in delivering industry-leading modular buildings on high quality, socially responsible and design led sites. You will lead the day-to-day delivery of major design projects from feasibility stage through to tender, working closing with a cross-departmental delivery team. About the Role: Key accountabilities: Work with the early-stage design team to ensure that there is no disconnect between concept development and delivery. Responsible for producing planning, tender, and construction drawings/reports with guidance from Senior Architectural Technologist and Principal Associate Architect Engage and coordinate with external consultants to deliver projects. Work with programme managers in delivering projects to our clients on time and within budget. Responsible for preparing design reports and presentations. Assist with best practice BIM implementation including developing project specific BIM Execution Plans and understanding and operating within the company's developing BIM strategy. Mentor and support more junior team members. Work with product development, structural engineering, sustainability, and MEP engineering as part of a cohesive design function. Support the Principal Associate and Commercial/Business Development team to engage with clients and develop design responses. Support the delivery team in the correct and safe installation of modules on site and ensure architectural team presence when necessary. Required skills and experience: RIBA Part 3 qualification/ARB registration or TCIAT/MCIAT qualification route to accreditation. Minimum 2-5 years post part III experience. Portfolio of experience of RIBA stages 0 - 4. Experience of RIBA Stages 5 + (Beneficial) Residential experience including the early-stage concept development and masterplan layouts. Experience of working in teams from inception to completion. Previous experience of creating and managing design programmes. Understanding of BIM strategy and application. Understanding of construction technology. Experience of using AutoCAD. Experience of using Revit (Beneficial) Able to work in Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator.
