Our client, a well established and successful business has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an administrator responsible for wide variety of duties including organising events, some junior finance work and general administration.The client is based in Botley, salary is between £24-28k and there is a generous benefits package. The Role
formatting reports and collating documents Proof read documents Organising client meetings, team meetings and appraisals including booking meeting rooms Greeting clients for meetings including meeting room preparation and arranging refreshments Organising business development events e.g. organising venues, speakers, catering and invitation lists Answering the telephone in a polite and efficient manner and passing on messages to the relevant team members Maintain up to date diaries for the team Assist with project research such as planning policy Open, date stamp and distribute post to the team. Organisation and maintenance of filing system and marketing material Ensuring the client database is updated regularly Assist with Time Sheets and Expense claims Handle invoicing and accounts and allocate billings Assisting in team PR and media postsThe ideal candidate

Proactive, positive and enthusiastic The ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines Flexible and able to prioritise effectively on a variety of tasks High standard of written and oral communication Very good knowlege of Word, Excel and Powerpoint You must be a positive and proactive individual happy to muck in when needed.
