In a recession proof specialist sector? The Company My client is a leading specialist content marketing and PR agency, with clients across the legal and professional services sectors. Their clients include media outlets such as Sky, BBC, ITV and The Guardian. As they rapidly expand and grow, they are now looking for a dynamic Office Administration Assistant to join their growing team in Ecclesall, Sheffield. You will be integral in the running of the office and supporting the team in implementing the marketing and PR strategies for client campaigns. What will you be doing? The Office Administration Assistant will be central to the overall running of the office. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team can communicate and work effectively to deliver a first-class service to their niche clientele. One day is never the same in this busy bustling office whilst the team are developing PR campaigns, researching stories, writing blogs and web content, managing social media campaigns, organising conferences and events and sharing content via all the key social media channels. The team are looking for an administrator who can deal with all the key administrative functions whilst playing a key role in co-ordinating the business. Your role will include: Dealing with invoices and office supplies Booking appointments/meetings Arranging travel and booking accommodation Assisting the team with delivery of conferences and trade shows Helping with the creation of marketing collateral Assisting the team with social media schedules and content Research work related to PR/Marketing campaigns and collating PR coverage Helping the team to deliver ad-hoc marketing and PR projects for clients This is just a flavour of the varied and interesting work you will be undertaking. Full training and support will be given. This is a genuine opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their role within the company, with training in digital marketing skills on offer.
