As an Office Administrator, you will facilitate the smooth operation of our client's training centre through a broad array of back office and client facing activities.Specifically, you'll be the friendly face and first point on contact for customers and calls, the helpful professional who books courses, meetings and lunches and the dedicated colleague who raises invoices and prepares course materials.Working across all areas of the training centre, you'll maintain information on IT systems, ensure supplies are available for examinations and consumables and follow up customer enquiries.About You
To be considered as an Office Administrator, you will need: - Experience of office administration - An excellent telephone manner- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - IT proficiency- GCSEs (or equivalent qualification) grade A -C in three subjects, including English and Maths Experience of using CRM systems would be beneficial to your application, as would experience within a training, consultancy or similar environment. A business administration qualification (or equivalent) would be advantageous, as would a health and safety qualification and experience in a small and medium businesses environment.
