Starting salary of £35,000 with an increase at 6 months of £1,000 after probation and further £1,000 increase after 12 months bringing you to £37,000 annually Everpool Recruitment is currently recruiting NMC / HCPC registered Nurses, Paramedic, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist - who would be interested in pursuing a challenging and rewarding career as a Disability Assessor. You will be involved in the completion of telephone assessments with individuals with various physical, mental health and/or learning disabilities and then writing up a full report based on your findings. The role as Disability Assessor is a step away from the normal clinical role and involves no treatment, diagnosing, decision making or hands on care, however, you will still be using your clinical skills and knowledge, completing in depth assessments, and writing accurate and detailed reports. Essential Person Specification: Post-qualification experience as clinician. Have an active registration with NMC/HCPC with no restrictions on practice. No previous Disability Assessor experience is required as training is provided. However, it is essential that any applicant is a qualified on NMC Or HCPCWorking Hours: Must complete 6 weeks Full Time for training. Full Time = 8am 16:30pm 37.5 hours Part Time = 4 days = 30 hours 3 days = 22.5 hours School Hours = Option 1 = 9am- 15:00pm or Option 2 = 8:30am 14:30pm (Minimum will accept is 4 days a week)Benefits: Bank Holidays Off!
