Maintenance Engineer (DAYS)
£30,000 to £35,000 DOE + Overtime Opportunities + Holidays + Bank Holidays + Pension + Opportunities for Progression

Maintenance Engineer required for a well established, growing manufacturer who are currently investing in their facilities. The role would suit engineers who are seeking exposure to a wide range of machinery and want to get involved with project based work within their role. You will gain a varied position within a company that truly offer progression opportunities.
The role would suit maintenance engineers from ANY manufacturing background. The company are willing to consider more junior engineers who are willing to learn and progress within their career. You must have experience mechanically and electrically. Engineers from a plastics, thermoforming, injection moulding or extrusion background are encouraged to apply.
Working alongside an experienced maintenance engineer, the role will be an even split of both reactive and pre-planned maintenance on production machinery. Electrically, you will work on 3 phase equipment, inverters, drives and some fault finding on PLCs. Mechanically, you will work on hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, gearboxes etc. Due to ongoing investment and expansion on site with £4m being spent on new facilities, you will have involvement in installation/continuous improvement projects. Due to group acquisitions, there is scope for this role to progress and for you to move internally within the group to look after other local factories and take ownership of the maintenance on site.

Must be a multi-skilled maintenance engineer; confident electrically and mechanically
Must transfer from a manufacturing environment
