Building on our impressive success to date, we are looking to expand our team. To meet the ever-increasing requests for our support we need . You, a dynamic, attention to detail, systems orientated, experienced HR Officer. Who are we? HeyBridge Associates are an independent HR Consultancy working with various sectors supporting clients needs across the full remit of the People Agenda. We offer a bespoke tailored service, ensuring a very personalised solution to our partner clients. Working closely with ourselves, the 2 founders of the business, the Human Resources Officer will be responsible for the HR administrative tasks, systems, communications, and correspondence for all our clients whilst providing general support where needed. Spending time on client sites will be a requirement of the role and importantly being the integral and trusted link between HeyBridge and our clients. What will you be doing: Provide general guidance and support with day-to-day HR queries and escalating more complex issues Responsibility for maintenance and updating of the employee HR systems and databases Deliver guidance and training on the various HR systems Responsible for the New Starters process delivery of all administration with regard to contracts of employment, new starter documents, right to work checks etc Manage the employee exit process ensuring all leavers receive an exit interview and the adminstraion is completed in respect of all leavers Responsible for day to day advice and updating of the system on holidays, probation periods, salaries, benefits, absence Using the HR systems to produce monthly/annual reports Organise work-flow and document control for the business Review, research and provide relevant information on HR hot topicsHow will you stand out from the crowd? That s easy. It s because you have 3+ years previous administrative experience within a HR environment A highly efficient, (VERY) detail-orientated and organized approach to your work, with the ability to skilfully manage multiple concurrent projects to meet deadlines. Tech savvy and experienced on running various business systems A proactive and passionate approach to putting the customer first Bags of knowledge around Microsoft office suite Growing your knowledge of basic employment legislation and utilising all what you learn Commercially aware ensuring you support us to provide timely business solutions Confidence to deal with the unexpected and an empathy to support others when needed Provided excellent confidential administrative assistance to business Able to communicate effectively at all levels Excellent written and verbal communication Most importantly fun, robust and with good sense of humour!Ready to join the gang?
