About the role: We re recruiting for a highly motivated HR Coordinator to join us on a Temporary basis, at our client s head office in Radford, Oxfordshire. Key responsibilities include Administration, archiving, data entry, sending out communications and providing support to HR assistants To create, maintain and update electronic and paper files and records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and security of information and in accordance with data protection guidelines. To collect, process and input data to systems and databases as required, ensuring accuracy and security, and then to manipulate and extract the information held in order to produce basic reports or analyses as requested. Good excel skills Accurate data input skills Excellent organisation skills with a good level of accuracy To be able to work to deadlines Good communication skills both written and verbal Comfortable communicating with all levels of the company, in a professional manner whilst acknowledging confidentiality; either in person, via email or on the phone Happy to work in a team and on own Proactive approach to work and delivering a good service to both internal and external customers. Deals Honestly and fairly with others, showing consideration and respect About you: We re looking for someone who can use creativity to plan, organise and manage multiple tasks without impacting on quality, whilst being adaptable to changing responsibilities. To succeed in this role, you ll have strong attention to detail and organisational skills, proven experience building stakeholder relationships, experience of working with HR/Onboarding information systems, and have the ability to use your initiative and work well under pressure. You must have high organisational skills, be flexible to changing demands, high attention to Detail, must be IT literate in Excel, Word and ideally experience using HRIS systems for data management, experienced in working in a fast-paced environment. Additional information We are offering a 3 month temporary contract starting on ASAP with an excellent pay rate of £12 per hour
