We have a number of temporary and permanent opportunities in West London available working for a successful housing association.
The below roles will be working for one of our very good and long-standing clients - we have received excellent feedback from our candidates, and we've had a number of our temporary candidates secure permanent positions with them.
Compliance Coordinator (x2) - permanent role that will have a 1-month temporary trial period.ASAP start, but happy to wait for somebody with a notice period
Customer Service Advisor - 6-month temporary role with the view of becoming permanent for the right personInterviewing ASAP to start on 19th September
Repairs Scheduler (x2) - 6-month temporary role with the view of becoming permanent for the right personInterviewing ASAP to start on 19th/26th September
While all three roles don't require housing experience as such, it'd be highly beneficial for you to be able to go in and hit the ground running. In the past, we have hired people that have not come back from a housing background, but are strong administrators that understands the needs of the role, so for example:
(For the Compliance Coordinator) - Somebody who has worked with and understands compliance requirements (maybe through a law degree or working within construction of similar industries) as well as someone who is process driven.
(For the Repairs Scheduler) - A strong maintenance, repairs or facilities administrator, who has potentially worked within construction, property or similar industries
With this in mind, they are looking for a self-starter, a go-getter and a people's person who is interested in working within the housing sector. They are busy and fast paced roles in a niche sector.
All 3 roles are hybrid working 1 - 3 days in the office, depending on the role.
