About the role We're looking for a highly organised and self-sufficient Fundraising Assistant, able to prioritise work quickly and work effectively in a fast-moving team. This varied and exciting role involves supporting the Fundraising Team with administration, research and events. Working with the Business Development fundraising team, some of your duties will include: To be the first point of contact for all fundraising enquiries and to look after the inboxes for both the Community and Corporate areas, responding promptly to all supporters getting in touch. To look after stock, arranging resources for fundraisers and delivery or collection of items, including donations when needed. To promote Community and Corporate events to existing and new supporters. Lead on the use of our CRM system to record and monitor income raised through fundraising. Supporting the team at events, to include some evening and weekend work, helping with setting up and working on the Solent Mind stand. Actively seek out potential new corporate partnerships and community groups we could work with. About us We're Solent Mind!
