SF Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a fantastic and highly successful client based in Kirkby-in-Ashfield on a permanent full time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful finance team during a transition period within the business. The finance team are changing the way we work and continuing to develop our systems and reporting. Role & Responsibilities: - Responsible for the day-to-day Credit checks before product release - Reconciliation of the bank accounts and allocation of payments including any required refunds - Creation of new accounts including Experian credit checks and upload. - Ensuring all unallocated monies are investigated and allocated accordingly. - Petty Cash control and reconciliations. - Be the main contact and control of a selection of key accounts. - Purchase Ledger processing - Credit control functions including chasing outstanding monies - Any other Ad Hoc tasks Ideal Candidate - Experience of working within a finance team - The ability to adapt and take instruction - The ability to work as part of a team and individually - Ambitious, resilient, motivated, self-starter who can identify improvement opportunities. - Knowledge of Excel including if statements, V look-up and Pivots - Knowledge of Sage 200 would be advantageous.
