The Details Role - Deputy Customer Service Manager 5 hours a week within core business hours (Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm, Saturday shift on a rota basis) Salary - £26.785.31 Location - Newcastle Upon TyneThe Company An AMAZING opportunity has arisen to join our client as a Deputy Customer Service Manager on a permanent basis. Our client operates within the professional services sector have a great reputation within their field, you will certainly have heard of them!! The Role Day to Day management of the Customer Service Department. Ensure all department members meet performance targets. Training and development of all staff within the department Liaise with other Department Heads and Directors in the absence of the Customer Service Manager to ensure clear communication between Departments. Prepare reports to manage customer service standards and team performance. To work collectively with senior management within the Customer Service Department.
