Our client DENSO Marston are a leading name in the design and manufacture of high-performance heat exchange units and cooling modules. The company is a prominent global supplier to OEMs in the off-highway construction, agricultural, and engine power markets. The company has full research, design and development facilities on site to drive its product development. This is an exciting new role for an individual to come into the maintenance department to learn the core skills to progress a career in Facilities and Maintenance. This will provide the right candidate, a great opportunity to play a key role in the business, ensuring the company meets the customer needs whilst gaining experience. Hours of Work / Benefits Mon-Thurs 8.30am 5.00pm Fri - 8.30am- 1.30pm 30min flex at the start and end of the working day Excellent pension scheme and generous company benefits, plus free on-site parking. The successful candidate will be responsible for specific projects to reduce departmental admin time through new ways of working and clear processes. Coordinating the review and scheduling of external service contracts with maintenance and facilities management/supervision. Managing data reporting for DENSO Marston, DENSO Europe and DENSO Japan Facilities. Full training will be provided through the course of your employment although this is a challenging role, that requires an individual who can quickly grasp and communicate effectively across different disciplines with a combination of excellent problem-solving, time-management and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities The management and application of data, specifically to improve the reporting of: Energy efficiency. Carbon Neutral Status. Breakdowns Manpower Utilisation. Departmental KPI reporting Communicating with teams across the business and supporting. Controlling projects involving data collection and reporting. Coordination of maintenance/facilities service contract schedule with technical and purchasing department, including Monitoring contract renewal dates with purchasing. Scheduling contractor servicing with production Some contractor management (dependant on technical requirements)Essential Experience/Qualifications Preferably degree qualified in a business discipline. Ability to manage own workload delivering tasks in a timely manner Possess the determination and perseverance to succeed in a competitive & challenging environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. An eye for detail. Confident producing reports on data and the delivery of those reports Strong Microsoft 365 skills
