Customer Services Administrator £22,000 to £25,000 Wolverhampton Permanent This is a new and exciting role, working for an amazing company, who really care about their clients and employees alike. You will be supporting the Customer Engagement / Account Managers with numerous tasks, as well assisting in resource management and scheduling. Main Areas of Responsibility: Logging and updating customer jobs Scheduling tasks for available resources, prioritising, reacting, and re-scheduling where necessary Timesheet administration including ensuring required hours are submitted and approved in time for invoicing Working with the various teams to manage delivery expectations to the customer and to update on any issues or delays Supporting the account managers with various administrative tasks such as job creation and sales order processing Various system tasks including reporting, checking, and maintaining data accuracy and chasing overdue and urgent actions Skills and Experience Previous experience with either resource planning or project planning/scheduling OR previous experience of customer service/sales support roles Proactive and flexible Great communication skills Courteous and professional Confident and collaborative Highly organised Strong IT skills inc. use of Teams/Excel/MS project Hours of work are 37.5 Monday to Friday; 30 to 35 days annual leave plus other benefits including pension, free parking and health care
