Grafton Recruitment are excited to be working with a client who is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

You will ideally have previous customer service experience, however full training is available for the right candidate. This role will be suitable for people with previous contact centre experience or come from a retail/hospitality background.

  • Dealing with queries and emails
