A Customer Liaison Officer is required for a housing association based in Greater Manchester to work within their grounds maintenance team. The role will be varied and involves working with the tenants and the in house team to ensure all work is performed efficiently and on time. The role includes: Customer Face to Face visit - On site / at their homes Telephone / MS Teams contacts with customers / contractors Mainly Tree Surgeons Updating spreadsheets / KPI figures / cyclical work program scheduling / providing reports Complaint and MP/Cllr responses This is initially a 6 month fixed term contract with a view to extending following this period.
