Overview of Division/Department

People Experience Section (PXS) is a section under Human Resources in the bank. PXS Covers Talent Acquisition, employer branding and employee engagement. It also manages HR operations and administration, managing the whole employee life cycle from pre-onboarding, onboarding to offboarding. PXS also provides HR business partners who partner closely with each business unit, working together to realize business strategies and achieve the intended business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
Your key roles & responsibilities include:
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and propose innovative solutions to operate in an efficient manner which delivers a positive employee experience
  • Explore and operationalise the HR systems tools and functionalities that could automate the HR operations
  • Develop and/or work with technical team to build the automations of the solutions proposed
  • Provide Management and relevant staff with data, information assistance and advice on HR matters
  • Maintain and update accurate data in HR system, and run reports where necessary
  • Support all regulatory, compliance and audit related activities for HR systems
  • Take on any HR projects assigned

Job Requirements
What you should have:
  • Tech savvy and comfortable working with HR systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors); and proficient using Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Ability to automate processes using tools e.g. Excel Power Query, Excel Macro, UiPath, MS Access, etc.
  • Understanding of employee lifecycle processes is advantageous
  • Meticulous and strong follow up skills
  • Positive customer service orientation with a clear, approachable and friendly communication style
  • Strong desire to learn and grow
  • Keen eye for details, and continuously look for improvement in any assigned work with a solution-focused attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate policies and programs to employees
