Our client, a Chemical Manufacturing company are currently seeking an Administrator to join their expanding team on a temporary to permanent basis for a minimum of 6 months. Working on the Customer Service/Administration team you will provide support and assist in processing sales orders and administrative tasks. As an Administrator your duties will be: Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer issues both over the telephone and electronically in a prompt manner. Processing accurately sales orders and arranging transport using our internal sales system NAV and supplier internet systems. Pallet deliveries in UK & Ireland Bulk Tanker deliveries in UK Purchasing of goods for direct deliveries Booking collection of parcels on supplier internet-based programme. Liaising with Office Supervisor and other administration staff on day-to-day business. Ensuring all internal ISO9001 Quality Management System procedures are followed. The successful Administrator will have the following skills: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Pro-active attitude and forward thinker. Proficient with MS packages Word, Outlook, Excel. Ability to work on own initiative. Good telephone manner
