This is a Monday-Friday office- based full time position. Your varied role as an Accounts Administrator will include: Negotiating contracts and obtaining competitive rates for the supply of utilities Approval of invoices, confirming correct rates and filing accordingly Managing utility accounts Organising safety testing of supplies and associated equipment Management of fleet, MOT's, vehicle tax Essential skills and experience- Accounts Administrator: Excellent communication, both written and verbal Attention to detail Accuracy Exceptional organisational skills Confident with Microsoft Office, Excel in particular Due to the location of the business it is essential that you drive or have access to transport.
